Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in insights, analytics, or market research
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and consumer behavior analysis
- Experience with survey platforms, customer sentiment tools, and VOC (Voice of the Customer) programs
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to leadership
