Your Role
As Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between our agency and our clients, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly and with strategic vision. You’ll work closely with our Creative and Strategy teams to develop integrated campaigns, manage client expectations, and ensure outstanding delivery of work.
What You’ll Do
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment between creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Strategic Insight: Translate client objectives into actionable strategies, collaborating with internal teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Financial & Contract Oversight: Manage budgets, scope, and timelines while ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and participate in pitches to expand agency partnerships.
- Luxury Market Expertise: Stay on top of trends, brand movements, and cultural shifts within the luxury and premium space.
What We’re Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in account management, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, or high-end hospitality.
- A deep understanding of brand storytelling, creative development, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and proactively problem-solve.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-end accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
- A passion for luxury, design, and culture, with an appreciation for the nuances of premium branding.
- French fluency is a plus, but not required.
