Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced on-site Software Engineer/Odoo ERP Specialist / Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis and ERP management, specifically within Odoo. The successful candidate will lead the integration and optimization of our Odoo ERP system across various business functions, ensuring alignment with operational goals, data integrity, and user proficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze users’ business operations and map their processes to Odoo’s solutions, optimizing for efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Project Estimation & Management: Accurately estimate resources for ERP projects and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Cross-functional Integration: Lead integration efforts across departments, including Sales, CRM, e-commerce, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting.
• ERP System Management: Oversee and maintain the Odoo ERP system for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Odoo developers to align user requirements with technical capabilities and execute customizations as needed.
• Software Administration: Manage company software (Odoo, Dialpad, Locate2U, Microsoft Office, etc.), maintain software permissions, grant user access, and perform system administration duties.
• Serialized Item Management: Ensure accurate tracking and compliance of serialized items within the ERP.
• Data Management: Maintain high data quality through cleansing, migration, and validation.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure end-user proficiency.
• Quality Assurance & Deployment: Conduct QA testing on ERP updates, ensuring smooth software rollouts.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations and processes, generate reports, and build dashboards for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP system management, specifically with Odoo, is preferred. Provable experience in handling extra-large datasets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user training. Proficiency in Python, CSS, Database Administrator, Liquid, and HTLM.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze, map, and optimize business processes.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing ERP-related projects, ideally in a cross-functional environment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Work Authorization: Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP reporting and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and API-based data integrations.
• Previous experience working with serialized goods management.
• Knowledge of software development or coding (Python, XML) for customization within Odoo.
