Maison Lotus, the newest concept from WIN Hospitality Group, is opening in March 2025! In addition to our French-Vietnamese fusion restaurant, we are launching an adjacent bakery and café, offering artisan pastries, specialty coffee, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We are seeking skilled and passionate baristas to join our opening team! The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven, with a passion for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, and other speciality beverages to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and daily prep as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar café/coffee shop role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso preparation, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
