Bartender

Maison Lotus, the newest restaurant from WIN Hospitality Group, is opening in March 2025! Bringing a unique fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine to the Main Line, our restaurant offers a dining experience that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. In addition to our exceptional menu, we will feature an adjacent bakery and café.

We are looking for dedicated bartenders to be part of our opening team! The ideal candidate is positive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a team player who thrives on delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following established recipes and our signature creations.

· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and ensuring their needs are met.

· Monitor alcohol intake and prevent overindulgence, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our patrons.

· Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.

· Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate till.

· Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and our menu offerings.

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.

Requirements:

· Previous bartending experience at upscale dining environment is required.

· Knowledge of french wine, beers, drink mixing techniques, garnishes, and presentation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

· A friendly and outgoing personality.

· Must be of legal drinking age.

· Available to work lunch and weekends.

· Current responsible alcohol service certification (or the willingness to obtain it).
