Maison Lotus, the newest restaurant from WIN Hospitality Group, is opening in March 2025! Bringing a unique fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine to the Main Line, our restaurant offers a dining experience that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. In addition to our exceptional menu, we will feature an adjacent bakery and café.
We are looking for dedicated servers to be part of our opening team! The ideal candidate is positive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- The ability to clearly go thorough menu selections and provide a unique guest experience
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Process payments using Toast POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
Qualifications:
- Joyful, outgoing, guest-centric individuals who have a passion for great food and wine served with care and consistency
- Experience in an Asian Fusion and French inspired restaurant is preferred
- General knowledge of french wines, spirits, and classic and craft cocktails
