Job Summary:
You are responsible for maintaining the par of clean glassware and silverware for the Dining Room and Bar with care and caution. You must work with a warm, knowledgeable & ‘noticeably appreciative’ demeanor.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift & a carry at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as walking, polishing, bending & standing)
- Must have full schedule availability
- Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well in a team dynamic
- Must be able to work in a variety of sized locations of polish area
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retrieve washed glassware and silverware from the Dishwashing Team
- Learn and properly operate low temperature dishwasher to ensure all silverware and glassware is properly cleaned.
- Upon retrieval, polish silverware and glassware to the following standards:
- Wares must be clean and dry.
- Wares must be free of fingerprints, smudging and soap residue
- Deliver glass and silverware to the appropriate places for service in the Dining Room and the Bar
- Maintain station cleanliness
- Stock and Maintain cleanliness of guest facing restrooms during service hours
- Know how to organize and carry a tray properly
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be warm, knowledgeable and noticeably appreciative
- Act professional and accommodating and always maintain composure
- Identify and report problems to management immediately
JOB DUTIES
- Clock in for your shift (after you have changed into your uniform)
- Be on duty and in uniform at scheduled time
- Complete side work
- Attend pre-shift meeting, as your scheduled shift requires
- Implement and follow steps of service
- Complete closing side work
- Complete any necessary closing paperwork
- Clock out for your shift (before you have changed out of your uniform)
Salary : $20
