Job Description:
Hotel Maison Saint Charles is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy fresh and clean linens during their stay. Your primary responsibilities will include sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the laundry area.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and separate laundry by type and color.
- Operate washing and drying machines.
- Fold and organize clean linens and towels.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly laundry area.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
