What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef de Cuisine position at Maison Sun?
Maison Sun is seeking an exceptional chef de cuisine with a strong interest in fine dining.
We are permanently located at 200 Schermerhorn, Downtown Brooklyn.
We offer an exciting opportunity to cook at one of the most built kitchens in the world, featuring a vintage Molteni stove and former 3 Michelin Star kitchen (the original location of Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare before they moved to Hudson Yards).
The ideal qualification is at least 3 years of experience at the 1-2 Michelin Star level.
We serve Modern Asian tasting menus, Chinese and Korean influenced. Our Executive Chef is the former Executive Sous of Jungsik of recent years. He helped develop menus, train staff, and was an integral part of the team that helped them get the third Michelin star. He was also CDC at Restaurant Yuu.
