As a Prep Cook at Maison, you'll be an integral part of a kitchen team serving modern French cuisine with a contemporary twist. Your role will focus on ensuring that every dish served aligns with our culinary vision of fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing food, inspired by the best wine bars of Europe and NYC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, and components for each dish according to modern French recipes.
- Support the kitchen team during service by maintaining a clean and organized prep area.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all ingredients, respecting portion sizes and plating standards.
- Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
- 1 years of experience working in restaurant kitchens
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Knowledge of French culinary techniques and modern food trends.
- Passion for food, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
