Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team looking to get started in the dealership world. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on lubrication and maintenance. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance tasks to ensure the highest level of quality for our customers. Maintaining a positive, team-based attitude in a busy atmosphere is a must!
Schedule:
Saturday 8AM - 4:30PM
Monday 8AM - 4:30PM
Opportunities for pick-up shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Willingness to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Requirements:
- Have valid California drivers license
- Ability to work all hours from 8:00AM - 4:30pm
- Have smart phone with good camera and mic for digital multi-point inspections with video
