Key Responsibilities:
- General Lab Support
- Clean and sanitize lab surfaces, tools, and equipment
- Assist senior team members with measuring, mixing, and general production tasks
- Help maintain an organized inventory of materials, tools, and products
- Package, label, and organize finished products as directed
- Filling Carts & Syringes
- Assist in filling vape cartridges and RSO syringes under supervision
- Ensure accurate volumes and proper labeling
- Follow all safety and handling procedures during filling and sealing
- Winterization & Filtration Assistance
- Support the team with winterization processes by measuring solvents, handling materials, and managing filtration steps
- Monitor temperatures and timing per SOPs, flagging any anomalies to senior staff
- Maintain cleanliness of glassware and filtration systems between runs
- Rotovap & Post-Processing
- Help set up and break down rotary evaporators (rotovaps) under supervision
- Observe best practices for safely handling flammable solvents
- Record basic operational data (e.g., start/stop times, yield weights) and provide to senior technicians for review
- Packing “Socks” and Other Prep Tasks
- Prepare biomass (“socks”) or other materials for extraction runs as directed
- Weigh and record materials accurately
- Ensure correct labeling and tracking according to batch records
- Adherence to SOPs & Compliance
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously
- Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, reporting any deviations or concerns immediately
- Support proper recordkeeping and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with senior technicians, lab managers, and other team members
- Support cross-functional needs when production demands shift
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and personal and professional accountability
- High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
- Comfortable working under constant video surveillance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies
- Experience with MJ Freeway or any inventory management system
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google workspaces

- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Must be able to work long hours if necessary
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds
- Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work on scaffolding and ladders and in tight spaces
- Work can be dirty/sticky and may leave you smelling like cannabis at the end of the day
- Work will be in a warehouse setting: temperatures may vary from warm to cool
- Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise
Skills:
- Good housekeeping and attention to detail
- Understanding of kitchen etiquette, particularly cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic mechanical skills is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective documentation and reporting abilities
