Maizal Mexican Kitchen & Mezcaleria is looking to bring in a new bartender! Join a high energy environment with a full menu of classic Mexican cocktails featuring fresh squeezed juices and a 500 bottle selection of mezcal and tequila.
We are looking for an energetic bartender that looks to provide every guest with a warm and welcoming experience. If you are friendly, consistent, and love tequila, then we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet, acknowledge, and takes guests drink and food order; use complete knowledge of bar and food menus to provide information, and look for educational opportunities for guests.
- Responsible for bar knowledge including, but not limited to, mezcal, tequila, agave spirits, and our full cocktail menu.
- Engage guests and take food and beverage orders in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
- Answer questions and respond appropriately to any guest concerns.
- Process all point-of-sale transactions in a quick, efficient manner.
- Work together with fellow employees and management to ensure all guests have the best experience possible.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Support other areas of the bar as requested, such as seating customers, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards; observing proper food handling techniques.
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
