Majestic Auto Glass is looking to add a Full Time Customer Service Representative.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited too:
Answer all phone calls. If already on the phone politely put them on hold
Take and place customer orders, quote customers prices, generate return merchandise orders, Account receivable duties: collect deposits, prepare change of address records, collections of past due accounts, apply pmyt to account. Solicit sale of new or additional customers, adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service to designated depts. and other duties.
Must possess.
Problem solving skills, technical skills, excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication, strategic thinking, planning and organizing, dependable, multitasker,day to day office skills, teamwork player.
We are looking for a strong willed, confident, self-motivated, quick learner. Who can work alone and with a team.
