Majestic Care ABA -
The QA Manager will be analyzing federal, state, payor and industry standard documentation. They will create and monitor processes that support compliance with new regulations released per payor, state, etc. They will work with the leadership team to enhance training and improve safety and clinical quality.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities :
Develop standardized production, quality and customer service standards
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventative action
Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree
1 years relevant work experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of ABA / Autism / Medicaid Space Preferred
