Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ABA Therapy Marketer to help expand our reach and connect families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations with our services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare marketing, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of ABA therapy and autism services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote ABA therapy services.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including pediatricians, schools, therapists, and community organizations.
Conduct outreach efforts, such as attending health fairs, conferences, and networking events.
Create educational materials and content to increase awareness of ABA therapy.
Track and analyze marketing efforts to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare marketing, ABA therapy, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of ABA therapy and autism-related services.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
