Majestic Care’s Receptionist is responsible for acting as concierge for residents and greeting visitors, residents, and care team members pleasantly and immediately upon arrival.
The ideal candidate will :
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills and organizational skills
- Demonstrate basic understanding of emergency call system and nurse paging system
- Professionally handle all phone calls and route callers or answer questions in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage doctor appointment book, beauty, and barber appointment book
- Keep lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash and offer visitors refreshments
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills (word processing, email, internet, Excel, etc.)
- Maintain awareness of all daily activities (and changes)
