Majestic Care’s Guest Relations Director is responsible for building relationships with our residents, staff and family members, by being involved with all aspects of the facility. This position building will report in to our executive leadership team at home office.
The ideal candidate will :
Be able to effectively communicate with residents, staff and family members
Be detail oriented.
Lead by example within the facility
Have strong leadership and team building skills
ability to navigate issues and come to leadership with solutions
Majestic Care is seeking a candidate with 5 plus years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
