Majestic Care’s Nurse Scheduler is responsible for a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation and nurse scheduling.
Other duties may include, but not limited to :
Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment, and foster relationships with both employees and external candidates.
The ideal candidate will :
Hold a Valid CNA / QMA certification in good standing
Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the facility
Assist in filling vacancies in a timely manner
Support candidate screening and hiring processes
Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
Assist with call ins, time off requests, and agency coverage as needed
Possess proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
Have knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
Have clinical experience in addition to long term care staffing experience
