Majestic Care’s Memory Care Facilitator assist the Social Services Director in assessing, planning, coordinating, and implementing services to enhance our resident's social and psycho-social wellbeing. Other duties may include, but not limited to :
- Advocate for residents, working with the Executive Director and DNS to obtain the resources necessary to reach each resident's goals.
- Remains informed of federal, state, and local regulations which are pertinent to the operation of residential health care facilities.
