What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Night Manager position at Majestic Cleaning Services?
Responsibilities:
Check and correct issues at accounts
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming
Gather and empty trash and replace trash liners
Clean and stock restrooms
Clean and stock break rooms, etc.
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Polish windows and other surfaces
Use timekeeping system to document hours worked each shift
Monitor building security and safety by locking doors, etc. after operating hours
Maintain safety procedures by using cleaning equipment/supplies according to company policy
Maintaining floors and knowing how to strip and wax floors
Qualifications:
Custodial experience is preferred but not required
Criminal History check and E-Verify required
Good Transportation is required with valid DL and car insurance
Compensation: Starting at $650.00 a week
Job Type: Full-time
