What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tasting Room Associate S position at Majestic Oak Vineyard?
Majestic Oak Vineyard in Ojai, CA is looking for tasting room associates to join our team. We are located at 321 E. Ojai Ave. Downstairs. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
- Passion for wine and customer service with strong wine knowledge of California wines and global wines.
- Must have service or wine-tasting room experience.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking to people
- Proficient in Comm7 POS
- Detail oriented
- Must work weekends, wine club events and some holidays. (Please do not apply if you cannot work weekends) Christmas and Thanksgiving we are closed.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
- Work well as a team
- Must be 21 or older
- Clean DMV record
- Hourly, tips and commission
