We are looking for an excited, energetic, seasoned Dispatcher to join our team! Our ideal candidate would have experience working in home service dispatching (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
- Be reliable. Understand that your colleagues rely on you.
- Be productive and accountable when you are in the office.
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules.
- Maintain the scheduling calendar.
- Maintains customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians.
- Coordinate with the field technicians throughout the day and adjust schedule accordingly.
- Identify and expedite emergencies, reacting quickly to find solutions.
- Speaking with supervisor or customers to resolve problems.
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
- Communicate with other dispatchers on the status of technicians and jobs.
- Various administrative duties.
Job Qualifications:
- ServiceTitan strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Minimum two years of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm under stressful circumstances.
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
