- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests, as assigned.
- Responds to equipment breakdowns quickly, troubleshoots resolution in a timely manner as possible.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance to equipment and
- Monitor and maintain all building systems, as assigned.
- Analyze work processes and equipment to make recommendations for improved processes and
- KPI's back to standard or better than standard;
- Improved tooling/equipment performance; and
- Improved work place organization and overall process flow improvements.
- Performs necessary research for repairs and identifies supplies/parts needed to complete the task.
- Maintains superior records in the CMMS System.

- Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvements to ensure reliable equipment is available
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts.

- Advocate for safety and provide regular safety observations.
- Perform lock-out tag-out as an authorized associate with non-routine or major repairs, as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment by practicing good work habits, housekeeping procedures and

- Be able to mount, dismount and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Must be able to work in both hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.
- Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days, as needed, which includes weekdays and weekends.
