Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Fuel System Parts (Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pumps, Engine Blocks, Engine Heads and Engine Overhaul Kits) Sales Executive to join our team. As a HD Diesel Parts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and reman Diesel fuel system parts to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automotive and have excellent sales skills.
Duties:
- Develop large accounts for diesel part sales business
- Look up parts, Quote estimates to customers via phone or email
- Negotiate pricing and products/services options to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Follow up with potential customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business
- Stay updated on the new product lines and industry trends
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in part sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of diesel truck parts diagnostics and basic math skills
- Familiarity with cash register operations and inventory control systems (CMMS)
- Proficiency in sales software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools
