What You’ll Do:
- Transform clients' looks with expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling
- Offer specialty services like perms, straightening, and hair extensions
- Share hair care tips and recommend products to keep clients looking their best
- Maintain salon hygiene and uphold sanitation standards
- Keep up with the latest trends in beauty and haircare
- Engage with clients in a professional, friendly, and warm manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Professional: Cosmetology or Barbering license is required
- Experienced in Styling: Skilled in cuts, color, and advanced techniques, with experience in extensions and straight razor methods preferred
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a passion for client satisfaction
- Team-Oriented: Willing to mentor junior stylists and collaborate with team members
- Front Desk Experience: Scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries is a bonus
Schedule Options:
- Day shifts preferred, with flexibility to choose hours that work best for you
- Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
