Majic Productions is a creative sound, video, and lighting production company located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. We are looking for a National Sales Representative who wants to join our team and help grow the business on a national scale. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the event and AV industry. They are a creative, strategic thinker who can engage in new client relationships within large industries such as professional sports, large-scale conventions, and more.

Responsibilities :
- Attract and sell new and existing customers through a comfortable and “non-pushy” relationship-based approach.
- Identify and seek out potential new clients, focusing on key, large accounts throughout the US.
- Focus on building client relationships with larger brands. Specifically targeting business outside of Wisconsin.
- Maximize new business by scheduling meetings with high-level prospective clients throughout the United States.
- Implement strategic outreach strategies including networking, cold calling, and leveraging marketing leads to expand the sales portfolio.
- Attend site visits and planning meetings with clients and venues as necessary.
- Provide continuous insight and feedback to the Sales Management Team to improve the sales process.
- Understand client goals and challenges, come up with creative solutions to meet clients' needs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to find growth opportunities.
- Continually research prospective new customers to determine future business opportunities.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotes to clients in a timely manner.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions that will attract high-level clientele.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
