Major Food Group is hiring a Food and Beverage Admin our team at Contessa located at the Newbury hotel.

Contessa is the crown jewel of dining atop one of Boston’s most glamorous hotels, The Newbury Boston. Delightfully re-imagined, this rooftop destination is inspired by the old-world resorts of Europe and the lasting estates of Italy where classic grand trattoria cuisine awaits.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Payroll
  • Prepare weekly financial call slide deck
  • Inventory
  • Upload tips
  • Charge house account bills
  • Manage invoices
  • Report BOH and FOH labor for the prior day in the labor budget tracker
  • Print any papers or PDR menus needed for service
  • Duties as directed
