POSITION DETAILS:
Major Food Group is seeking Take Out Attendant employees at Parm Battery Park!
MFG is hiring experienced Take Out Attendants with strong work ethics to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting customers as they arrive and making them feel welcome.
Directing customers to their seats and the restroom, answering questions about the menu, and making note of special requests, if required.
Communicating food and drink orders to the kitchen staff.
Assembling and packaging takeaway orders.
Maintaining cleanliness standards by keeping the counters, tableware, and utensils clean.
Replenishing food supplies when required.
Complying with company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year dining food and beverage service experience
Must have excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Excellent knowledge of POS system
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
