Key Responsibilities:
- Event Creation & Execution: Conceptualize, design, plan, and oversee a diverse portfolio of large-scale and intimate luxury events, from galas and exclusive programming to culinary showcases and cultural engagements.
- Strategic Programming: Develop an annual programming calendar that reflects the club's vision, enhances member engagement, and sets industry benchmarks.
- Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance member programming that align with the ZZ’s brand.
- Budget Management: Oversee programming budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering world-class quality and experiences.
- Vendor Relations: Source and negotiate with top-tier vendors, performers, and service providers to deliver exceptional events.
- Member Engagement: Work closely with the membership team to gather feedback, understand member preferences, and tailor programming to exceed expectations.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all events and initiatives reflect the ZZ's Club brand, maintaining the highest standards of luxury and exclusivity.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in luxury event ideation and/or planning & production, hospitality, or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale events and high-profile projects.
- Creativity & Vision: Strong ability to conceptualize and deliver unique programming that resonates with an elite clientele.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring flawless event execution.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with members, vendors, and staff.
- Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
