- Must possess a current Indiana License as an RN
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse License, CEN, CCRN, CMS-RN or other certification preferred.
- Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)

- Minimum 2 years as a staff nurse with demonstrated knowledge of an capabilities of leading people and delivering patient care.
JOB SUMMARYServes as the leader of the healthcare team. Responsible for assessing, planning, controlling, implementing, and evaluating the 24-hour function of all activities related to patient care in the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Care Center area. They are aware of MHP policies and procedures to assist staff in providing evidence based practices. Responsible for personnel management of a designated shift in the ED and ACC unit. Collaborates with the Clinical Practice Coordinator to ensure ongoing training for staff and patient education.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - MISSION STATEMENT
