JOB SUMMARYThe Rehab Exercise Specialist will participate in screening patients' medical histories and current health status to identify major health risk factors. They will assist staff with patient rehab by orienting new patients to rehab goals and exercise prescriptions including discharge prescriptions, use of all equipment, obtaining vital signs, and charting patient records; assist with fitness-related educational programs. The Specialist will be aware of MHP's policies and procedures and assist in providing evidence based practice. In addition, the Specialist will assist with newsletters, bulletin boards, educational information, program development and all other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
