About MLF San Antonio

Major League Football is a new professional league launching its inaugural season in 2025. MLF San Antonio is seeking a Head Football Coach to lead the franchise, build a competitive team, and establish a winning culture. This is a unique opportunity to shape a professional football team from the ground up.

Position Overview

The Head Coach will oversee all football operations, including player development, game strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong coaching background, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the game.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the coaching staff and players to success
• Develop and implement game strategies, training programs, and player development plans
• Collaborate with management on roster decisions and recruitment
• Represent MLF San Antonio in media and community engagements
• Foster a positive and competitive team culture

Compensation

The Head Coach will be paid a percentage of ticket sales revenue once the season begins, creating a performance-based earning opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching football at the college, professional, or competitive levels
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Passion for player development and building a winning team
• Prior experience as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach preferred
