Overview: MLA is seeking a sharp healthcare attorney to support our law firm client produce a 50-state survey for a retail pharmaceutical client. Candidates should have 4 years of experience working in healthcare and is knowledgeable of law & regulations regarding pharmaceuticals. A winning candidate will be proactive to complete tasks, have exceptional research skills and a high attention for details.
Company: Chicago Law Firm
Experience: 4 years of experience working with laws & regulations in healthcare
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities Include:
- Identify regulations regarding topics within pharmacy practice
- Research each state';s relevant laws and regulations
- Compile the information into a standardized table comparing key aspects across all 50 states
- Ensure data is current by checking for recent regulatory updates
- J.D. from an accredited law school, Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4 years of experience as a healthcare attorney with knowledgeable of pharmaceutical laws and regulations
- Conducted 50 state surveys
- Solid research skills
- Proficient working in Westlaw
- Proficient working in excel
