Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Compliance Specialist.
Overview: The Interim Compliance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, revising, and/or creating procedures and/or implementation plans for various compliance programs for the organization.
Company: Headquartered in Pennsylvania, our client is a manufacturer of medical chemicals, devices, and equipment.
Experience: 10 years of general compliance and regulatory experience, with a mix of firm and in-house experience, is required. We are looking for candidates from similarly regulated industries.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities Include:
The Interim Compliance specialist will work under the direction of the General Counsel to assist with the revamping of their various compliance policies. The Interim Compliance Specialist will focus on policies that are related to the Code of Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Insider Trading, Gifts Policy, Business Travel Expense, Whistleblower, Political Contributions, Antitrust, Sanctions/Trade Compliance, Third Party Due Diligence, and Conflicts of Interest.
Qualifications Include: JD required; current license to practice law in good standing required. Seeking candidates with ten-plus years of extensive compliance experience.
Pay Range:
The hourly rate for this role is $100-120/hr based on applicable experience.
