The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing both legal and paralegal tasks, with a strong background in construction. This role is crucial in managing the legal aspects of their construction projects. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate if willing to be based in DFW.
Overview : Interim Construction Attorney
Company : Leading renewable energy company based in Dallas, TX.
Experience : 2 years experience
Location : Remote candidates will be considered – Hybrid Preferred (Dallas, TX)
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with legal correspondence with contractors and subcontractors, addressing construction delays, disputes, and other issues related to agreements.
- Draft letters with potential litigation in mind, aiming for legal resolution.
- Manage and organize exhibits, keeping up with trackers, and performing various paralegal tasks.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure coordination and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide relief to current team by being willing to assist on organizational tasks
