This candidate will be the face of the company to our customers and will handle day-to-day customer interactions and oversee the office operations. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, emails, texts, performing estimates, and scheduling jobs. They should possess a friendly demeanor with excellent oral and written communication skills. They should be a self-starter who is highly organized and able to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails.
- Perform estimates, schedule jobs, invoice customers, and perform collections.
- Address customer questions and concerns.
- Make employee schedules.
- Administer email marketing and social media marketing campaigns.
- Order supplies and take inventory.
- Periodically review policies and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 5 years of customer relationship management
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Work independently and manage time efficiently
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Hours: 8:00-5:00, Monday-Friday
