What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Major Petitions?
This is an in-house employment opportunity. A commute is required. Immediate availability is needed for this job. We are currently hiring a customer service representative to assist retail sales floor operations at authorized locations within the area. The ideal applicant will have previous retail experience, communications skills, and professionalism.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Process transactions using hand held devices or stationary cash register station
- Provide friendly, courteous service while greeting guests
- Acknowledge and provide information to customer inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Bag purchases and handle merchandise returns or exchanges
- Count money at the end of each shift and reconcile cash drawers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
Customer Service Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
