We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Crew Member to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Job Description:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of outdoor lighting systems
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding services provided
- Maintain and report on equipment condition to management
We are also looking for crew leads for this position.
Requirements:
- Experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required
- Able to maintain equipment is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Must be 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach
