Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and recruit transitioning service members and veterans for job opportunities.
- Build relationships with employer partners to understand their hiring needs.
- Assist veterans with resume development, interview preparation, and career coaching.
- Utilize our platform to match veterans with job openings based on their skills and experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Major Talent within the veteran community.
- Track hiring metrics and provide insights to improve placement success rates.
Qualifications
- Veteran or prior military service strongly preferred.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or career counseling (especially with military/veteran candidates).
- Strong knowledge of military job roles and how they translate into civilian careers.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus.
