Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Travel Designer, you will craft custom travel itineraries tailored to our clients’ preferences, interests, and budgets. You will collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure their travel plans are seamless and perfectly match clients vision. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for travel, an eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Custom Itinerary Creation: Design detailed, personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, including transportation, accommodations, activities, dining, and unique experiences.
Research: Stay up-to-date on destinations, local attractions, hidden gems, events, and activities worldwide. Research the best rates and options to ensure clients get the most value.
Internal Consultation: Communicate with our internal advisor and Travel Coordinator to understand clients travel goals, needs, and interests. Provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to client preferences.
Hours and Availability:
This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate should be available to work between 10 to 15 hours per week, with some flexibility based on peak seasons and client demand.
