¿Qué estamos buscando?

-Residenciado en la ciudad para la que aplicas: Conoces y entiendes las necesidades de la comunidad local

- Experiencia en ventas, marketing o gestión operativa.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo: Capacidad para motivar, guiar y potenciar el talento de tu equipo, logrando que alcancen su máximo potencial.

- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de resolución de problemas.

- Trabajo en equipo: Valoramos la colaboración y la creación de un entorno de apoyo mutuo donde todos crecen y aprenden.

- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y compartir datos con el Gerente de Ventas.

- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Requisitos:

- Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en ventas, marketing o gestión operativa.

- Capacidad demostrada para desarrollar e implementar estrategias exitosas de ventas y marketing.

- Español, preferentemente también inglés.
