MAJUS is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for our 24/7 service desk support team for the HRSA Poison Control Center. This is an important position for this team, with significant growth potential. The hours for this opportunity are currently for the weekend shift.
The Help Desk Analysts provide poison call center services to both the general public and healthcare facilities 24 hours a day, every day of the year. They work closely with other team members, including physicians, nurses, epidemiologists, and educators within the specialized field of toxicology.
This position does not require experience with treating poison victims; however, the Help Desk Analysts support the nationwide telephone dial plan infrastructure for the poison control centers. Training on the telephone routing system is provided.

$40,000.00 – $60,000.00.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Provides help desk support during the weekend shift hours.
- Provides a report of HRSA Poison Control Center call routing changes/issues weekly.
- Performs routing transactions upon request, on time, and in the correct time zones.
- Completes emergency routing changes.
- Troubleshoots service-related issues with the telecommunications vendor to resolve routing and technical issues.
- Provides detailed and summary monthly reports.
- Some customer service experience is required.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
- Help Desk support experience is desired but not required.
$40,000.00 – $60,000.00.
