Compensation: $18/hr
Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week (hours may vary based on client demand)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our team. If you have a passion for cleaning and organizing, are dependable, and can manage your schedule effectively, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, including but not limited to:

• General tidying and organizing
• Sweeping, mopping, and steam cleaning floors
• Dusting and vacuuming
• Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
• Cleaning windows and blinds
• Washing dishes and laundry services (wash, dry, fold, changing sheets)
• Cleaning appliances (refrigerators, freezers, ovens)
• Performing move-in and move-out cleanings
• Ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and to the highest standards
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients
• Manage your schedule to consistently arrive on time and ready to work
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the team regarding scheduling, cancellations, or delays

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Location: Reside within 30 miles of Salt Lake City (Salt Lake or Eagle Mountain preferred). We strongly prefer candidates who are able to travel to BOTH Salt Lake City and Utah County as our clients are spread across the region.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (willingness to use your own vehicle for work-related travel; gas, mileage, and time spent driving are not reimbursed)
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Professionalism: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and reliably
• Communication: Timely responses to phone calls, texts, and emails regarding scheduling
• Passion: Genuine interest in the cleaning industry and helping others

Additional Information

• Schedule: Shifts are typically available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Occasional weekend shifts may be offered based on client needs.
• Hours: As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to accept assignments that fit your availability; however, hours are based on client demand and are not guaranteed.
• Payment: Issued every two weeks
• Contract Terms: As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
• Gas Reimbursement: As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own transportation costs, including gas and mileage.

• Workload Expectations: Assignments may involve cleaning multiple homes in a day, requiring sustained physical activity and focus. Reliability and punctuality are critical.
• Completion of Assignments: You are expected to complete each assignment thoroughly and to the best of your ability. Client satisfaction is key to our business’s success.
• Reliability: We are looking for cleaners who are dependable and committed to showing up on time. Unreliable or consistently late applicants will not be considered.
• Flexibility: Cancellations may occur if clients adjust their schedules. While we strive to offer consistent work, we cannot guarantee hours.
• Team Environment: While you may collaborate with others on certain assignments, the ability to work independently and without supervision is crucial.
