What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant SAP Project Manager position at MAK Technologies LLC?
Role: Assistant SAP Project Manager
Duration: Full time (Until end of May 2025 with possibility for extension)
Position: contract
Work Type: Hybrid (up to 50% travel will be required ) Delphi, Indiana
Responsibilities:
1. Receive the day-to-day work instructions from the senior Project Manager(s) but is expected to be a self-starter and work independently.
2. Responsible for supporting the senior Project Manager(s) and ensuring his/her projects are maintained properly throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Knowledge of working on ERP (SAP S/4) is required.
4. Assisting Project manager with monthly/weekly/daily project reviews and participate in project status.
5. At least 5 years of SAP project management experience.
6. Previous experience working on managing projects with S/4HANA Rise on Private Cloud will be added advantage.
7. Coordinate with team members and update project/program documentation to facilitate informed project decisions.
8. Must be well versed in using spreadsheets (Pivot tables etc.), MS project. Office 365, PowerPoint presentations etc.
