SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Functional S/4HANA Rollout, the following key requirements should be addressed:
1. Project Planning
- Define the project scope, timeline, and required resources.
- Form a project team consisting of SAP SD consultants, business users, and IT support.
2. System Setup
- Install and configure SAP S/4HANA and the SD module.
- Ensure the necessary hardware and infrastructure are in place.
3. Data Migration
- Cleanse and map customer data, sales orders, and related documents from legacy systems.
- Use migration tools like Migration Cockpit for smooth data transfer.
4. Configuration
- Set up key SD elements: Sales Organization, Distribution Channels, Pricing, and Billing.
- Configure sales order processing, delivery, and invoicing workflows.
5. Testing
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality.
6. User Training
- Train end-users on key SD processes and transactions.
7. Go-Live and Support
- Execute go-live and provide post-rollout support for troubleshooting and system optimization.
