We urgently need a Test Lead
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Location: Cincinnati, OH or Delphos, OH
Travel %: up to 50%
Job duties: As below:
The Client is looking for someone to focus on the following activities for the next 3 months as they complete one additional round of integration testing and user acceptance testing:
- Catalogs the collection of Test Scripts
- Responsible for publishing and revising detailed test schedule.
- Logistics Overseeing the planning & scheduling of Tests.
- Documents estimated timeframes for each Script Section and when participants will be required.
- Assigns Testers to Test Roles
- On test days, facilitates a 20-30 Minute morning meeting with Team and 20 30-minute recap session in the afternoon.
- Ensures that Test Scripts are prepared, catalogued & ready.
- Makes sure that required software, PCs, Printers, RF, and mobile devices are installed and connected.
- Ensures that Master Test Data has been effectively converted or entered.
- Makes sure the System QAS Environment is setup, prepared and executing properly.
- Ensures the Physical Testing environment (rooms, tables, chairs) is ready, available & setup.
- Ensures that the 3rd Party Systems are setup, connected and ready to run.
- Ensures the relevant Test Steps / Preparation Steps are represented & updated in the Go-live Cutover Plan
- Facilitates & monitors the execution of each Testing Step.
- Documents Pass / Fail result of each Test Step & makes necessary Notations on the Test Script.
- Documents Testing Issues & Defects in the Portal.
- Coordinates Test Activities, Logs Defects, Triage & Retests.
- Scans signoff sheets and catalogs signoffs in the Portal.
- Collects, calculates, and prepares Testing Metrics.
