Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, restrooms, stairwells and hallways to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Report any shortages or housekeeping supply needs.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to uphold quality standards and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
Skills
- Previous experience in janitorial/custodial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
