Compensation: Very competitive compensation plan, plus a percentage of collections after threshold, with a Sign-On Bonus!:
Signing Bonus:
- 1 year: $15,000.00:
- 2 years: $40,000.00:
- 3 years: $75,000.00:
- 4 years: $100,000.00:
Requirements:
- DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school:
- Completion of pediatric dental residency:
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible as a Pediatric Dentist:
- Current Georgia dental license:
- Previous clinical or private practice experience:
- Current CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications:
- Excellent bedside manner:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills:
