Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients both in-person and on the phone.:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal daily workflow.:
Maintain and update accurate patient records using Dentrix.:
Process patient payments, verify insurance, and enter insurance payments.:
Assist with treatment plan coordination and provide patients with related information.:
Manage daily chart preparation and keep the front desk organized.:
Communicate effectively with patients regarding financial options and insurance details.:
Support the team with referral coordination and other administrative duties.:
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office front desk role.:
Proficiency with Dentrix software.:
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.:
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.:
Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.:
Knowledge of insurance procedures and ability to handle patient financial arrangements.:
